This is what I call "dessert in a glass." It is simply delicious! Serves 3

Place caramel and pecan pieces on separate small shallow plates.
Microwave caramel for a few seconds until soft.
Dip the rim of each glass first into caramel and then into chopped pecans to coat.
Combine Rum Chata, Creme de Cocoa, and bourbon in a large cocktail shaker. Fill with ice and shake until cold.
Pour into martini glasses, top with whipped cream and sprinkle of cinnamon.
