- 1/2 cup Unpopped Popcorn, To Make About 15 Cups Popped
- 3 cups Pecan Pieces
- 1/2 cup Butter
- 2 Tablespoons Unsulphured Molasses
- 3 Tablespoons Honey
- 3/4 cups Organic Cane Sugar
- 1/2 teaspoon Baking Soda
- Salt (I Used Pink Himalayan But Have Also Used Coarse Sea Salt), To Taste
This is what Erica has to say "This treat is super addicting. It’s quite sweet, but that’s offset by the savory notes of the popcorn itself, the pecans, and a generous amount of salt. Hence, you can easily gobble down handful after handful."
