Farmers Investment Co, known as FICO, proudly presents the 12th Annual Breeze in the Trees 5K run, scheduled for Saturday, Aug. 19, 2023. Join us at the picturesque FICO Farm, where the event kicks off on the southern side of Sahuarita Rd. Lace up your running shoes and be ready to race at 7:00 a.m., with registration and bib collection starting from 6:15 a.m.

This inclusive event welcomes participants of all ages, while kindly restricting the presence of only service dogs on the course.

Embrace a one-of-a-kind experience as you traverse the race course, sheltered beneath a verdant canopy of majestic pecan trees. Along the way, witness the vibrant clusters of pecans during their developmental stage.

Anticipate a turnout of over 200 dedicated runners expected to grace the event. A meaningful portion of their registration fees will be dedicated to supporting two noteworthy non-profit organizations.

Firstly, we proudly contribute to the Green Valley Firefighters Charities, an organization committed to empowering firefighters, their families, and the community through educational and innovative initiatives.

Secondly, we extend our support to the Saguaro City Music Theater, a beacon of artistic growth, offering tuition-free programs for children and teenagers from diverse backgrounds, including those with special needs. These programs, focused on the art of musical theater, cultivate talent and camaraderie in an inclusive environment.
